This proposal amends N.J.A.C. 13:57, pertaining to the
Uniform Crime Reporting System. Full text of the proposal
can be found in the New Jersey Register, 41 N.J.R. 4189(a).
The proposed re-adoption with amendments continues the
general requirements and adds electronic submission requirements
to agencies capable of such submission. Additionally,
certain actions for delinquent submission of reports have
been added. The re-adoption with amendments will enable
State police to most effectively perform its Uniform Crime
Reporting functions.
